These Terms of Business set out the agreement between Snowdonia Shine (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”). By booking or accepting a service, you agree to these terms.
We provide exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter clearing, soffit & fascia cleaning, and pressure washing.
Services are carried out using professional equipment and methods suitable for your property.
A minimum of 3 cleans is required when signing up for regular window cleaning.
After the initial 3 cleans, you may cancel with 14 days’ notice.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property on the scheduled day.
If we cannot gain access (e.g. locked gates), the full service charge may still apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booked clean will be charged at the full price.
If we are unable to attend due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at the earliest opportunity.
Payment is due after each clean, unless agreed otherwise.
We accept Direct Debit, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Overdue invoices may result in suspension of service until payment is made.
Your first clean may take longer than a regular visit and may be charged at a slightly higher rate to bring your property up to standard.
While every care is taken, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, gutters, or surfaces.
Leaks or damage caused by poorly maintained gutters, seals, or fixtures.
We are fully insured for accidental damage directly caused by our work.
If you are not satisfied with a clean, please let us know within 24 hours and we will return to resolve the issue free of charge.
We may update these Terms of Business from time to time. The most recent version will always apply.
